The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training and internal pay comparison. Performs all duties as assigned for the maintenance and support of facilities and functions, including but not limited to repairs to windows, screens and window treatments, carpet and floor tiles, and various office fixtures and partition systems, as well as minor carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs.
