If you're passionate about sustainability, love solving complex challenges, and want to work with teams across the company, this is your chance to drive meaningful change.
This role is hybrid, which means you'll split your time between working on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and working virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. Specific arrangements will be discussed during the hiring process.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority both internally and externally.
Preferred qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Background in data analysis, test labs, customer service, or retail (2+ years in any).
  • Expertise with EPR regulations or sustainability programs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
